From 50 ideas to posted videos: how we built a content pipeline
Making one good video is easy. Making fifty without losing quality needs a pipeline with the right checkpoints.
The hard part of short-form content isn't making a video. It's making fifty that are all good, all different, and all on the right account. We built Automation Workflows around one idea: automate the work, keep humans at the decisions that matter.
Checkpoint 1: ideas before rendering
Rendering costs money and time. So a batch starts with text: the AI writes hooks, captions and hashtags, each with a one-line reason why it should work. You tick, edit or remove them before anything is rendered. A weak idea caught here costs nothing.
Checkpoint 2: review with reasons
Every rendered video gets a decision: approve, reject or ask for a better version. Rejections take a reason — "hook is weak", "shaky footage", "music doesn't fit". That's not bureaucracy: the reasons flow into the next batch as mistakes to avoid.
The loop that makes batches better
Three things teach the idea writer:
- Standing instructions — your rules for audience, tone and formats.
- Best examples — texts that actually performed, weighted by how often they worked.
- Your review history — what you approved and what you rejected, and why.
Each batch starts from everything the previous ones taught it.
Only good footage, never the same shot twice
For phone farm videos, every shot comes from parts of recordings you approved, and each part is only used in a few videos. Two videos in a batch never share the same combination of shots.
Checkpoint 3: accounts
Approved videos are assigned to accounts with their captions — one by one, all to one account, or spread evenly across the batch's accounts.
The result is a pipeline you can trust with volume, because the decisions stay yours.
