Terms of Service

Contentlab is a web app to research short-form content, create and edit videos with AI, run automated content workflows and hand finished videos to your social accounts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian, and give accurate account information.
• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity in your account and workspace, including by team members you invite.
• Workspace owners decide which areas team members can see and edit.

• Contentlab has no subscription. You top up a balance and each paid action (for example a render or an AI generation) is deducted at the price shown before it runs.
• Prices may change for future actions; changes never affect actions you already started.
• Top-ups are processed by Stripe. Unused balance: [Refund policy for unused balance, e.g. refundable on request within 30 days].

You keep all rights to what you upload and create. You give us the permission needed to store, process, render and display it so we can provide the service to you and your team. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including footage, music, logos and the likeness of people shown.

AI features produce hooks, captions, scripts, analyses, voiceovers and edits. Subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers, you may use the output for any lawful purpose. Output can be inaccurate, similar to content made for others, or unsuitable — review it before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish.

You must not use Contentlab to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy, or impersonate others;
• create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate, harassment or content that incites violence;
• deceive people with deepfakes of real persons without their consent, run scams or spread malware;
• overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms have their own terms, including rules on automation, multiple accounts and disclosure of AI or sponsored content. You are responsible for complying with them when you publish or schedule content and when you connect a phone farm or accounts. We are not affiliated with these platforms and can't guarantee reach, views or that an account won't be restricted.

We work to keep Contentlab available but can't promise uninterrupted service. Features, providers and models may change as the product develops. We'll give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence or where the law doesn't allow it.

You can stop using Contentlab and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Unused balance is handled as described under “Prepaid balance and pricing”.
